Our Booth Concept: A New Dawn

Something is shifting in Europe. You can feel it in board meetings, in the media and in politics, in the questions regulators are starting to ask. Digital sovereignty has moved from policy paper to operational priority and at CloudFest 2026, we're putting it centre stage.

Together with LeafCloud, we're bringing the concept to life at  Booth A05 under one shared message: A New Dawn for Digital Sovereignty & Sustainability.

Two vendors, one movement. Soverin and LeafCloud are both part of The Sharing Group, built on the belief that technology infrastructure should serve the people who use it, not the other way around.

Come find us. We'd love to show you what we've been building.

The Moment is Now, the New Dawn is Here.

For years, organisations have been stuck choosing between two imperfect paths. Big Tech: convenient, bundled, frictionless, but governed elsewhere, and often using your data as part of the business model. Or: build or use legacy systems. Keep control, but end up with complexity, rising and hidden costs, and platforms that are hard to maintain.

That reality is now being openly questioned, digital sovereignty is no longer a distant policy idea. Governments are reassessing reliance on foreign technology providers. Regulators are tightening expectations. Boards are asking harder questions about continuity, resilience, and accountability. Because sovereignty isn't a slogan. It's about who controls the systems that keep you running. It comes down to seven operational realities:

  • Technical control: Who has root access? Who controls the encryption keys? Who makes infrastructure decisions?
  • Physical access: Who can access your data? And, who has the authority to restrict or shut down access?
  • Dependency control: Can you replace a provider without disrupting operations?
  • Operational autonomy: Can you continue operating during outages, policy changes, or geopolitical disruptions?
  • Interoperability & exit: If you choose to leave, can you take your data with you?
  • Economic incentives: Are you paying with money, or with data and lock-in?
  • Governance alignment: Who decides under pressure? And whose interests do they serve? And email sits at the center of it all, identity, contracts, audit trail, customer communication, internal coordination. The system that must keep running when everything else is under pressure. The shift isn't coming, it's already happening.

Follow Our Journey

Over the coming weeks, we'll be sharing what we're building, who's coming, and why we think this is one of the most important conversations in European tech infrastructure right now. Follow along. We'll see you in our clouds and at Booth A05.

Soverin

The Road to CloudFest 2026
Booth A05 | March 23rd-26th | Europa Park, DE

Soverin is taking Cloudfest 2026 by storm. This year, we are setting base at the Millionaire’s Mile, ready to speak about digital sovereignty and secure, privacy-first email that unifies all your mailflows in one place (relay, transactional, conversational and broadcast).

This is the central hub where you can keep up with everything we have in store for you at the event: from key insights, behind the scenes with the team, speaking and meeting opps, happy hours, demo bars, bar camps, guided tours and giant pigeons.

Get to know us. Soverin has over a decade of experience building privacy-first email infrastructure in Europe. And now, the timing is perfect to contribute to the conversation that is finally catching up to what we have been building.

Come and spar with our email gurus at Cloudfest:
