Lavvus is officially live!
What began as a small idea, a quiet side project to make blogging feel simple again, has suddenly grown into something people are actually using. And that’s honestly the most exciting part: not just building Lavvus, but watching others take it for a spin, make it their own and share their first thoughts.
The feedback so far has been great and people really liked how quickly they could get from “sign up” to “first post.” Of course, a few suggestions and sharp edges popped up too, which is great. Some of those are already being worked on, and more (yes, an upgrade of the media manager too) are on the roadmap. Every message, every little “hey, what if…” makes Lavvus better.
For me, the most fun moment so far has been seeing the variety of writing: short bursts of thought, longer reflections, test posts, even experiments with Markdown. It shows that Lavvus can flex to whatever kind of writing rhythm you want; daily, weekly, or whenever inspiration hits.
This is just the beginning. The core idea hasn’t changed: no clutter, no pressure, just your words on your terms. But thanks to the people already using Lavvus, we’re refining, polishing, and growing it into something stronger.
If you haven’t tried it yet, I’d love for you to join in. Spin up a blog, write a first post (it takes minutes), and let us know what you think. Your words and your feedback are shaping where Lavvus goes next.
